Visiting A MAiZE
Our family visited your maze last Monday night for Family Home Evening. We
were truly AMAZEd...We had the most fun we've had in EARS and EARS. Even our
truculent daughter MAIZIE (with hair like CORNSILK) had COBS and COBS of
fun.
It was fun to wander through the MAZE and STALK one another. However, we
didn't get there EARly enough and things got confusing as the light waned.
My voice became quite HUSKy as I called out to each child, cautioning them
to keep to the paths. But, aw SHUCKS, kids will be kids!
In some places the CORN was as high as an elephant's eye, in other places we
could see the tops of each other's heads as we weeviled among the STALKS.
And there were at times a few ROWS over which path to take.
Well, this is beginning to sound CORNy. I suspect you will think there is
not a KERNEL of truth in this letter and that I COBBed up the whole thing.
So now I will confess, we do not have a daughter named MAIZIE. Thanks for
the fun however. We will take this activity into CORNsideration next EAR.
